Step 1: Removal

We remove your old tank and worn-out components

We can repair / replace any worn components such as wheel bearings, pumps, and valves. We can also replace tubing, hydraulic lines, electrical wiring, and add LED work lights.

Step 2: Cleaning

All surfaces are cleaned and degreased

Proper cleaning and surface preparation ensures better adhesion of the paint for a long-lasting and durable finish. We clean all surfaces with a highe pressure 5,000 PSI cleaning process.

Step 3: Installation

We Install a new tank made with high grade steel

New tanks are made from ASTM A572 Grade 50 hot-rolled carbon steel to provide outstanding strength, corrosion resistance, and durability for years of reliable service

Step 4: Finishing

We finish your tanker with durable, custom paint

We finish the refurb with an epoxy primer topped withcustom colored paint. We use UTECH paints which have outstanding adhesive so they'll stick longer to keep your equipment looking great.
